Psychological and Somatic Therapy

Dr. Heather C. works with people through physcial engagement as well as through articulating experiences and thoughts. We investigate what is getting in your way of living a life that is informed by your values. We can't control the fact that we have thoughts and emotions, we can control how we respond to them.  She studied with pioneers in body led psychology, and in such areas as sensory awareness, attachment theory, and Focusing. Whether it's anxiety, depression, or performance-related issues, Dr. Heather C. can help you develop the skills and tools to manage your mental health and thrive in your career - and life.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy

Dr. Heather C. utilizes ACT to help creatives identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be impacting their mental health and performance. You don't have to believe your thoughts. By working together, we can develop coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and other mental health issues.

Dr. Heather C. uses psychotherapy to help people explore and understand their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through this process, we can work together to address and overcome any mental health challenges that may be affecting your career, relationships, and well-being.
