Virtual delivery
Working sessions and intensives can be delivered virtually at approximately seventy percent of the in-person fee.

Fees include meals.
For engagements over 50 miles from the office, travel and lodging are billed at cost, plus a travel-day fee of $500 per day. Travel takes place the day before and the day after the engagement.
What is included

A planning conversation before the engagement to shape the material to the group.

Preparation, session design, and any handouts or participant materials.

Crisis and referral resources, national and industry-specific, provided at the close of any session touching mental health.

Meals during the engagement.
Terms
Fifty percent of the fee holds the date; the balance is due within thirty days of delivery. A held date may be moved once, without penalty, to any date within twelve months. Cancellations inside thirty days of the engagement retain the deposit.
Rates are quoted per engagement, not per participant, and are current for the 2026–2027 academic year.

These are skills sessions, not therapy and not a substitute for it. No therapeutic relationship is created and no clinical records are kept.
