Often as teachers we give so much of ourselves, we get lost in attending to our own needs. We will explore ways to recover our values, identify what we want to be doing as a teacher, and expand ways to practice work/life balance moving forward.

Publish or Perish

Writing and publishing are separate skills - and both are needed to remain a vital member of your department. We will explore ways to identify articles, places to pursue publishing, and how to conquer the elusive book deal.

Survive My Colleagues

As a teacher, navigating relationships is crucial. We will explore skills that help you refine your communication skills, boundaries, and +++++ so that you can enjoy how you are engaging with your colleagues on your terms.

Mental Health

The world post-pandemic is more vulnerable and alert about mental health. Let's identify what some common mental health challenges are when teaching, skills to help teachers navigate these, and how to give yourself grace as you do so.
